RRT would like to welcome Wolf Antoni “The Bratwurst King” to the RRT Racing family. The King himself will be providing refreshments and food at our Open House on May 11th. Bring your cars and bring your appetite!
Your personal chef Wolf Antoni has been an avid cook from his early years on. Since coming to the United States in 1989, he has attempted to introduce the tastes and delights of European cuisine to as many friends and family members as possible. Most of this happened in private settings and on an infrequent time table. Regardless, his creations were usually received with admiration and the feedback was always very positive.
From 2003 on, he has built a close liaison with Herndon based Euro Bistro owner and Chef Raimund Stieger. A fellow Austrian and highly renowned Chef, he surely has the upper hand on all cooking related issues while Wolf added his expertise in marketing and event planning. Their close relationship benefited both ever since.
Even more inspired by the reaction of guests during special events and catering gigs, Wolf decided it was time to create his own brand. With no particular interest in opening a full service restaurant he started to analyze the local market and looked for his niche. After intensive research and careful planning, Wolf decided to open a European style mobile kitchen known throughout the “Old World” as a “Bratwurst Stand.” He knew that he wanted to create memorable experiences for people and this appeared to be the best vehicle to make that a reality.
Wolf Antoni founded The Bratwurst King in the fall of 2009. Before he created his first dish, he vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity. Critics have been raving ever since. Guests agree. The Bratwurst King is a perfect compliment to the various ethnic full time restaurants and perfect for people on the run.
